The Bergamot has a whole host of health-giving properties. Firstly, the juice contains a high quantity of Vitamins C, B1 and B2 and the albedo is rich in Vitamins A and E. Therefore, it has a therapeutic effect in cases of bone conditions caused by poor calcium absorption, problems with dentition, connective tissue disease, muscle weakness or neuromuscular hyperexcitability, anaemia caused by reduced iron absorption, hepatobiliar congestion, and conditions related to changes in vascular permeability.
