Ingredients (for 4 people)
- Atlantic bonito400 g
- garlic2 spicchi
- red onion1
- juice of Bergamot of Reggio Calabria1/2 bicchiere
- salt and pepperas required
- extra-virgin olive oil1 spoon
- fresh thymeas required
- Salad leavesfor garnishing
Method
Cut the bonito into slices and let it marinate with the red onion, the cloves of garlic, the Bergamot juice and the salt and pepper. Leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Serve it on lettuce leaves, dressed with the extra-virgin olive oil and the fresh thyme.
